By downloading or using Vestiq you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the app. Vestiq is provided by Edylabs (Emirhan Dinç), Türkiye. These Terms apply together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) and the Vestiq Privacy Policy (https://edylabs.tr/uygulamalar/vestiq/gizlilik-politikasi). 1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use Vestiq. If you are under the age of majority, use it only with a parent's or guardian's permission. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT You sign in with Apple; we do not create passwords. You are responsible for activity on your device and Apple ID. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. 3. WHAT VESTIQ DOES Vestiq gives AI-generated style feedback on outfit photos: a score from 0 to 10, strengths, suggestions and items to add, written in the voice of a fictional stylist persona (Elif, Kai, Marco or Nova). The personas are not real people. 4. AI FEEDBACK IS OPINION, NOT ADVICE Feedback is produced automatically by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or not suited to your taste, body or culture. It is for entertainment and personal inspiration only. It is not professional, medical or psychological advice, and a score says nothing about your worth. Use your own judgment. 5. FREE CREDITS, ADS AND PREMIUM • Free plan. New accounts get 4 free analyses, and free analyses are topped up weekly. You can earn extra analyses by watching rewarded ads, up to a daily limit. The free plan includes ads and the Elif persona. • Credit pack. A one-time purchase that adds 5 analyses. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded by us. • Premium subscription (monthly or yearly). Unlimited analyses, all four personas and no ads. • Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country. • Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com We may change credit amounts, limits, features or prices in the future. Price changes to an existing subscription follow Apple's rules and notice requirements. 6. YOUR PHOTOS AND CONTENT You keep all rights to the photos you submit. You give us only the permission needed to send each photo to our AI provider to generate your analysis; we do not store, publish or reuse it. Only submit photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, photos of anyone under 18, nudity or sexual content, or anything illegal, hateful or harmful. 7. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not misuse Vestiq. In particular, do not reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its servers, bypass credit, subscription or ad limits, use bots or automated requests, or use the service to harass anyone or break the law. We may limit or block access that abuses the service. 8. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The app, its design, the Vestiq name and logo, and the stylist personas belong to Edylabs. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these Terms and Apple's EULA. 9. AVAILABILITY We work to keep Vestiq running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". The service may be paused for maintenance, changed or discontinued. Analysis depends on third-party services and an internet connection. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edylabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI feedback. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Vestiq in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law. 11. TERMINATION You can stop using Vestiq and delete your data at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Sections 4, 6, 8 and 10 survive termination. 12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. 13. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there. 14. APPLE These Terms are between you and Edylabs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. 15.
